Static Dissipative NeoStat® Rubber Replacement Bench Tops
These workbench tops can be used to convert or upgrade existing benches to provide static dissipative work surfaces for a range of applications. We can manufacture to specific requirements, both in terms of size, shape and thickness.
For standard tops, the NeoStat® dissipative rubber is bonded to an 18mm MDF substrate with a balancing laminate on the reverse.
- Dissipative top-layer 108 Ω
- Typical resistance to ground 106 – 108 Ω
- Conductive bottom-layer 106 Ω
Standard thickness: 20mm.
Light blue supplied as standard – grey available at the same cost. Black edging strip.

Standard thickness 20mm
Main characteristics:
- Reflection breaking surface to reduce glare and improve operator comfort.
- Protection against small collisions thanks to natural resilience of rubber.
- Prevention of sliding of delicate components thanks to the excellent friction co-efficient of the material, which is increased by the embossed surface.
- Heating resistance: rubber does not melt and does not burn coming into contact with hot metal parts or soldering debris.
- Oil resistance: this product resists to most oils.
- Good resistance to scratches.
- Excellent flexibility and comfort.
Size and colours:
- We can manufacture to specific requirements, both in terms of size and shape.
- Available in light grey, light blue.
