SSE ESD Shoes Returns Policy

SSE feature a comprehensive selection of the most popular ESD shoe styles and sizes on our website available to buy online (subject to availability from time to time).

Previously we featured a comprehensive selection with just a small proportion as returnable under what we called our “Stock Range”.

All Sievi shoes available to buy online at www.staticsafe.co.uk are now eligible for return for replacement subject to the following terms:

  • Shoes and sizes are limited to those available on SSE’s website at time of order
  • Orders can be placed online or through the office
  • Qualifying shoes returned are eligible for replacement not refund
  • Shoes must be returned within 14 days of receipt, and SSE must be advised of the return in advance so that internal return documentation can be raised
  • Shoes must be in an unworn, new and resaleable condition as received (*please note guidance for trying on the shoes below)
  • The shoes must be returned in the box they were supplied in
  • Shoes returned are inspected prior to replacements being sent out
  • The original carriage charge will not be credited, and an additional carriage charge will apply for the replacement shoes
  • Replacement shoes can be of any style or size, however replacements chosen outside of the styles or sizes on our website are not eligible for further return
  • Replacements are limited to 2 replacements
  • Other styles and sizes selected from the Sievi range are not eligible for return unless they are faulty because of manufacturing or damage in transit
  • For orders of 10 pairs and more we may ask for our SieviSCANNER service to be utilised to confirm shoe sizes. There is no charge or commitment for using this service

If you are not satisfied with the condition of the shoes received, please do not wear them and contact us immediately on the contact details above.

Please note the following guidance on trying on shoes:

  • Wear socks
  • Try on a carpeted/ clean floor
  • Limit the trying on to as little time as possible to establish style/ fit/ size is suitable
  • Do not use the shoes for operational activities as part of the trying on process
